The Cabinet Office has a central role to support the Prime Minister in ensuring delivery of the Government's strategy, helping to achieve positive change, particularly in the priority areas of health, transport, crime and asylum. The work is to support government in transacting its business and delivering key public service, including the drive for universal internet connection. They also co-ordinate security, intelligence and civil contingencies' matters to protect the UK against disruptive challenges.
